Sales Consultant - Flanco Retail SA

As a sales consultant, my main role was to help clients make the best decisions about the type of product they want to purchase based on the presentation of features and product offerings. During the time I worked as a sales consultant, I was in charge of the laptop and smartphone department, which helped me learn a lot of information about the products on the market, both from the point of view of hardware and software components. I also contacted different types of accounting software such as Dynamics NAV or support software such as Jira Service Desk.
